Saturday, March 19th @ 8:00 PM
Featuring Lisa Tucker-Gray, Emily Rogers-Driskill, and Sue Booth
Show Creator/Director: Lisa Tucker-Gray
Accompanist: R. MacKenzie Lewis • Percussionist: Jonathan Brown

Time flies when these Women are having fun, and they are thrilled to celebrate this amazing 20-year run with something special just for you!
Traditionally, the Women would present a blow-out run of shows at their usual time at the end of January, but current events make doing that with the entire 12-member cast a bit complicated. Instead, in an effort to keep numbers smaller and safer, these unflappable women will present an exciting series of cabaret shows featuring members of the cast in smaller break-out groups over the spring months, all leading up to a grand, end-of-summer Wine, Women and Song 20th Anniversary Gala!
First up is a heartfelt and intimate evening of songs highlighting the wonderful range of material, themes and styles you have come to enjoy in WWS over the years. Through a collection of solos, duets and trios, these talented women will take you on a musical journey underscoring the joy they have found over two decades of exploring how musically, as in life, we are “never one thing”!

Lisa Tucker-Gray is delighted to be back on stage as we kick off the first of 4 WWS 2022 shows. She has been a part of this creative process for 16 years and considers these women her extended family. In the role of Creator/Director of this weekend’s show, Lisa wants to thank everyone for their support and encouragement- Monica and the KCH staff, our musicians Ryan McKenzie Lewis (accompanist), and Jon Brown (percussionist) and most especially Sue and Emily for saying yes to this varied program. Lisa has spent a lifetime making music on and off stage including professional gigs in California, New York, Ohio, Philadelphia, and Switzerland. During those years she performed regularly in both cabaret and musical theater productions. Lisa has enjoyed a full and varied career on stage including performances in an off-Broadway show, And What, Give Up Show Biz, an extensive national tour in a Cole Porter tribute, Some Like it Cole, and as a headline performer on three international cruise lines. Lisa is married to the love of her life Kim, and together they have done their best to raise their wonderful daughter Taylor who is now pursuing a master’s degree in Music Business at NYU. And, oh, by the way, Lisa is also an Episcopal Priest at Trinity Episcopal Church in beautiful downtown Toledo, Ohio.
Emily Rogers-Driskill is a local professional actor and voiceover artist. Some of her credits include: The Matrix Theatre in Rapture, Blister, Burn (Catherine); Redbud Productions in Good People (Jean), Rabbit Hole (Becca) and Proof (Catherine); The Dio in Dracula, Country Roads, and Home for the Holidays; The Encore Musical Theatre Company in Sweeney Todd (Beggar Woman), My Fair Lady directed by Tony Walton (Mrs. Eynsford- Hill), Bonnie and Clyde (Emma Parker), Into the Woods (Jack’s Mother), Carousel (Mrs. Mullin), Company (Jenny), and Les Miserables. Much love to Tyler and Lucas.
“To say that I am ecstatic to be singing again is the biggest understatement of the past 2 years!” Sue’s ‘happy place’ has always been in front of an audience bringing a song to life. Her musical background includes classical, religious, top-40, folk, jazz, and musical theater. “As long as people are laughing, crying, snapping their fingers or singing along, I’m fulfilled. Music is so much more important now than it has ever been! Enjoy the show and remember, in the words of James Taylor: the secret of life is enjoying the passage of time…”
