Kerrytown Concert House invites you to tune-in for A Cozy Valentine featuring Broadway husband and wife power duo, Chelsea & Geoff Packard! Collaborating with pianist Tyler Driskill, this cozy cabaret will offer you a Valentine’s afternoon of love songs sure to warm even the coldest of February days. Through a kaleidoscope of Broadway favorites and American Songbook classics, Chelsea and Geoff will share both their love of music and their love for each other.

Her voice can be heard on the television show Smash and the Tony Awards broadcasts from 2014-2017, and A Christmas Story: Live. Chelsea is an Associate Professor of Musical Theatre Voice at the University of Michigan. She studies with world-renowned voice coach Joan Lader and sings with the Grammy-nominated gospel choir, the Broadway Inspirational Voices. Chelsea received her BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Michigan. She is a proud member of Actors Equity.
Geoff Packard is an assistant professor of acting/directing at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. As an actor, Packard has been seen on Broadway in Bandstand, Matilda, Rock of Ages, and Phantom of The Opera, as well as the first national tour of Wicked, and theatres such as: The Old Globe (San Diego) Papermill Playhouse, Goodman Theatre, Arena Stage, Shakespeare Theatre (D.C.), Ford’s Theatre, Lookingglass Theatre, Signature Theatre (DC), Huntington Theatre, Court Theatre, Bucks County Playhouse, KC Rep, and Goodspeed Opera House. He has a Joseph Jefferson Award (Chicago), a Helen Hayes Award (DC), and an IRNE Award (Boston) for Leading Actor in a Musical. He received a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Cincinnati and an MFA from SUNY Stonybrook. He and his wife, Chelsea Packard, have been running a summer musical theatre workshop called The Broadway Intensive for the past 10 years out of Ann Arbor, MI.
Tyler Driskill is a lecturer and collaborative pianist for the U-M Musical Theatre and Dance Departments. Recent music direction credits include Sweet Charity (Mark Madama, dir.) for the University of Michigan and Fun Home (Vincent J. Cardinal, dir.), Crazy For You, Brigadoon (Wilde Award nomination for Best Music Direction), West Side Story, Sweeney Todd, Assassins (Wilde Award for Best Music Direction), Into the Woods (Wilde Award for Best Music Direction), My Fair Lady (Tony Walton, dir.), Into the Wild (Developmental Premiere, Mia Walker, dir.), Sondheim on Sondheim, and An Evening with Jeremy Jordan for the Encore Musical Theatre Company. Tyler has also music directed productions for Tipping Point Theatre and the Dio Theatre and has performed with jazz vocalist Brad McNett at the Metropolitan Room in New York City.
