The World is in the House again with MAHA-LAYA – A Rhythmical Rhapsody.  

Celebrating South Indian Classical Carnatic instrumental music under the expert leadership of T H Subash Chandra, these South Indian master musicians will perform the rhythms and melodies of Carnatic Ragas to give you a virtuosic experience of rhythmical fusion music. Using different rhythm cycles and different subdivisions of beats, the secret of the band’s success, in fact, lies in their advanced, improvisatory, and inventive performance of Indian Ragas.

Having performed extensively in India and abroad, the band is delighted to make KCH a part of their successful coast-to-coast tour in North America – an extraordinary experience for Ann Arbor audiences!
