This concert pairs legendary saxophonist/clarinetist and Kresge Eminent Artist, Wendell Harrison, with outstanding, young trumpeter, Trunino Lowe. In addition to being a founder of Tribe Records and playing alongside musicians like Marvin Gaye, Sun Ra, and Aretha Franklin, Harrison is a passionate advocate of community mentorship, education, and engagement.
