Through original compositions and arrangements combining world music, jazz, and experimental sounds, the women of Musique Noire will present an array of aural experiences representing their place as Black women in the world. Featuring Michelle May (violin/flute), Leslie Deshazor (viola), Leah Celebi (violin/viola), JoVia Armstrong (percussion), and Marion Hayden (bass).
