Accessibility
RAMP ENTRANCE
Our accessible ramp is located on the left side of the House when you are on North 4th Avenue and facing the building. This door is unlocked a half an hour before performances. The door takes you directly into the concert hall. To make your way to the office, turn right into the hall and exit the farthest door on the left. Please call (734) 769-2999 if you need assistance.

Seating
Our entire seating area is flexible and can accommodate those who use wheelchairs and other assisted mobility devices. Please contact a staff member when you arrive (or in advance of the concert, if possible) so we can accommodate your seating needs. In addition, we have dedicated wheelchair and companion seating at the front of our main seating area. You may reserve these seats online or by indicating your interest when you purchase in-person or over the phone.

STREAMING
All of our livestreamed concerts are available online for free. They are also available to watch online in our archive following the event. Check out our Live @ The 415 page for our latest concerts and more information.
TICKETING
Once we are able to resume in-person events, in addition to online ticketing, you may purchase tickets in-person and over the phone during normal business hours: Monday – Friday 10 a.m – 5p.m. Weekend hours will be determined when we return to in-person events. Our phone number is (734) 769-2999 and we are located at: 415 N. Fourth Ave, Ann Arbor, MI 48105.
